SCP-096 is not active without developer activation, it has been scripted though. If someone was to walk into it's containment and stare at it 096, nothing would happen. It can technically be breached because it is a solid object and isn't anchored. By very slowly pushing it you can move it anywhere you want granted you take the time needed as seen in the picture. It is unknown whether this SCP will be scripted so that it will function without needing activation. The description, behavior, and or
