95 reviews for Rooms To Go, 1.8 stars: 'I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager Amy was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. NO RETURN POLICY! So now I have to sit down too uneven color and unfinished sofa sectional. Makes me upset every time I look at it. I will never purchase or recommend from Rooms to Go!'
